ecig causing sickness?

I have felt fine until I started with the ecig and pg juices

I have not really tried any vg but I chop em with vg

anyways lately I have been getting sick and throwing up.

my eyes feel like they are going to pop out of my skull and I am sick for like four hours.

anyone else had anything similar to this?

its the only thing I changed in my lifestyle lately

What mg are you vaping. How much are you vaping. It can be too much nicotine. Of course it could be the PG. You can switch to VP. Take it easy at first until you get use to it. I had symptoms at first but it wasn't caused from the PG. I was just vaping too much. Had to slow down. Now I vape 36 constantly without any symptoms.

You need to drink more fluids while vaping. Dehydration happens with vaping. I learn this a while ago. Now I drink more fluids and do not feel sick.

thanks for the replies I smoked reds 1.5 packs a day and chew a can of copenhagen a day also

so I figured 24mg was fine... I will get more water in me

my eyes have felt like the are swollen a few times now

24mg shouldn't give you those symptoms unless you're constantly vaping and taking deep hits.

You may want to look at a VG alternative for your juice. You may have an allergy to PG.
