I ordered a set of batteries today from ecigcharleston.com. A few hours later I got a call from Joe. He said he likes to call first time customers to make sure the order is correct and that the customer is getting what they really need (in case they have no idea) in effort to avoid return shipping and all that hassle. One reason I was pleasantly surprised was it seems that most vendors prefer to conduct customer service inquires strictly via email. This is fine and I've received plenty of quality customer service through email. It's just nice to know you can call with questions or concerns if you prefer speaking with someone, which I like sometimes. Joe also said they do support over Skype or iChat if the customer needs help with a device. So if you're new to vaping, are mystified by using PV's, or want to get into mods these guys sound like they are glad to lend a helping hand. Check em out if you're looking for some new gear.
