Hi all,
I received today the e8 mini cigarette from ........... its two pieces a battery and a cartomizer.
The first puff i had was quite ok, a lot of vapor and a good throat hit, but after that nothing...
The vapor is still ok but no throat hit at all and the taste is a little bit not there.

Do you have any ideas on how I can make it better?

Btw, the juice is VG with 18mg nicotine and camel taste.

Thanks!

I had a similar experience with a cigarette style e-cig - ended up buying Riva 510 whiched solved all my probs.

The main issue I had was the battery didnt last long - Have you tried recharging again?
smoking it will be different to normals cigs try taking loooong slooooow drags maybe that might help. You should get a good TH off 18mg juice so its probably not that. Check your cartos are well filled as well.

Wish I could help more mate - Like I said I had a bad start to e-cigs as well, but don't give up it takes a while to get the set up thats right for you but you will find it.

All the best

I went through the e-8 kit (kinda funny, 'cause I'm moving along to the eGo, from the e-8... heh). I found that you really want to make it work, you gotta use a syringe for the refill. Also, I found that a few primer puffs gets the carto up to a good operating temp, to get to the flavor, but that you have to be careful so you don't scorch the carto.

I found that you can get some flavor out of it, but it is a bit inconsistent.

Get a better e-cig like a 510 ego or something comparable.......huge difference! The "cigarette looking" ecigs work fine for the occasional drag but the batteries run out fast and you don't get as much vapor out of them. I bought an ego and then some KR808 "cigarette looking" ecigs....wish I never bought the KR808's....just a waste after using the ego.

If you want something small I highly recommend a Joye 510 manual battery (Cignot.com has a good price on real Joye brand and check Liberty-Flights.com w/ their front page 20% off - click it, NoSmokeVA.com has a nice roomy PCC). I use Boge 510 standard resistance cartos on mine and love it. I expecially like the black batteries (blue LED) w/ the typical black Boge cartos. But you could also go white & red LED for the batteries and get tan Boge cartos at NiteLiteVapor to get a more Marlboro look. It is thicker than an E8 (9.2 mm, not 8.x) but very compact w/ a carto. Downside is the battery life. 180mah so 1-3 hours depending on how much you vape. There are 1-inch longer ones (Joye 510 mega xl - I saw kits at FreedomSmokeUSA and there are probably white 510 mega kits somewhere) - these are 280mah for 60% more charge but 128mm long w/ a carto and the only PCC is the sharp-edged metal pack that holds little. The manual batteries are great with cartos since they are pretty safe from carto leaks.

I'm a little late to the party but better late than never, try using 24mg juice or stick with the 18mg but go with a higher pg ratio as the liquid is thinner and tends to wick better in cartos. The full flavor will never be there on something that small but you can get good flavor from the e8. The only problem I seem to have with mine is that the draw is so tight I tend to get a little juice in the mouth every now and again, which fixes itself when I use a drip tip.
