I'm trying to get my mother (a pack a day smoker for 25+ years) to quit and she said she would consider an ecig if they look like normal cigarettes. She likes the taste of my ecig, but says that mod look doesn't suit her, and refilling cartos/attys is cumbersome. She's not the most technical person, so I think even refilling a carto would be too out of her reach.

What are some good ecigs that look like an analog and are relatively cheap? Looking for sub 100$ if possible; nothing fancy is needed.

As an additional aside (awesome alliteration, aha!), are there attys or cartos that you can refill once a day and leave it at that? Not looking for tanks, since it needs to conform to the size and look of an analog. She's not going to bother if she needs to refill it every hour or so; ideally I would refill it for her in the morning and then at night when she returns from work.

Gotta recommend vapor4life for their good prefilled cartos and decent quality batteries. If you're filling for her, they carry white and "faux filter" cartomizers that look like a camel filter.

You'll be hard pressed to find cartos that will last the whole day. What I would suggest is filling a few for her at the start of the day. She'd have to swap them out, but that's as simple as righty tighty, lefty loosey. Then you can refill those for her at the end of the day if you'd like.

The other "problem" with that is battery life. This can be fixed the same way: have her carry 2 or more batteries around, then charge them up at the end of the day. Or if she doesn't mind, she could charge them herself while vaping on another, but I was aiming for as user-friendly as possible :)

Good luck! If nothing else, I applaud you for attempting to save her life. What more can a mother ask of her child?

I agree that prefilled cartos would be better. Still, there's the issue of charging batteries and changing cartos to deal with. It's all going to be more bother than just reaching into a pack and grabbing a lighter. Vapers have to resign themselves to the fact that vaping is also a hobby style activity that replaces the nicotine from cigarettes. There's a learning curve involving the hardware that involves dealing with dry or flooded atomizers, occasional juice in the mouth, the difference in taste from cigarettes to ecigs, and keeping up with hardware maintenance.

The best thing for people who don't want to get into the hardware part is prefilled cartos. If something isn't right, you trash it and open another carto.

I would suggest purchasing an 808 as suggested, with the WOW prefilled cartomizers. (V4L is yet another place).
Volt is a popular cig look too.
The regular good old original 510 pt is another good one. (plus she'd be set with 510 stuff for later when she comes around to wanting even more vapor like what your mod produces and decides to go with an eGo with an all day EMDCC )
