I ordered three 10 ml. bottles of EcigExpress cinnamon bun, my favorite flavor in the world, because it was on sale. I also ordered a bottle of their hot cinnamon. I opened the package, pulled out the baggie containing the bottles, and found the juice had leaked into the bag. There was a puddle in the bottom. The hot cinnamon came in the same kind of bottle I've received from this company in the past, and had no issues. The cinnabun was in a different bottle than I've received on my previous orders. The caps have a seam, with a collar attached. The seam was broken on all three bottles. What's more, the collar prevents you putting on the kind of pressure you need for opening that kind of cap. When you try to hard, more juice squirts from under the cap. I've been emailing their customer service for the last couple of days. The promised, in various messages:
"sorry about the leaking and the mess, if you wouldn't mind sending a pic to me that would be great,then we will try and get a replacement order out to you as soon as possible."
And this:
"this issue that you had with the cinnabun is the exact reason why we are discontinuing business with the company that produces them. Weve been having more and more problems with that happening/ or having that arrive to us like that, hence why we have the high calibers on sale. I apologize about it happening to you."
In the end, I got this:
"i am sorry about the eliquid that you bought.. it does say on our website that those are out of date."
Well it simply does not say that, and I have all I need to file a charge back with my credit card company.
I have three bottles of eliquid, partly leaked out and wasted, and the rest ununsable because I can't open the bottles, and eCigexpress is either so broke or so uncaring that they'll flip me off that way. It's a disappointment to have my favorite eliquid flavor come from there, since now I know I can't get it anymore, though EcigExpress continues to sell what it knows is material in defective packaging. I have ordered from many companies in the short few months I've been vaping, Velvet Vapors, DIY Flavorshack, Johnson Creek, ECBlends, Virgin Vapors, Ms. T's, Ares Ecig, Good Vapes, Nettmix, MyFreedomSmokes, GoodProphets, and more that I can't remember right now because I'm seeing RED. I have never experienced anything like this.
