Nice crisp, clean look to the site (colors & layout).

Small details are good -- such as price changing to reflect size of bottle one is considering. PG/VG ratio is stated, shipping fees are available in cart without having to fill in a bunch of info.

Explanation of flavors would be great (Such as-- Does your Strawberry flavor taste like candy, or does it have a more subtle, ripe strawberry taste?).

More information on the features of the kits would be nice also.

i understand that but i prefer the whole site to be secure now that i have been hacked.:)

most smaller sites with shopping carts do not by default force the browser into a secure session. when you visit their homepage, edit the address in your browser address bar by changing the 'http://...' to 'https://...'

then it should display all pages of the site in a secure manner (unless the links are all hard-coded to 'http://...'). if the links are not hard-coded that way and maintain security from page to page, and you plan on using the site frequently for orders, go ahead and bookmark the secure version.

although the only real need for security is during checkout, i understand your concern. the concern about anyone grabbing your CC info is only valid when you transmit said data, or if the vendor stores your CC info on their backend and that itself becomes compromised. there's really no need to concern yourself that someone's gonna steal your CC info if you haven't yet provided it. unless that person has actual physical access to your wallet or purse...

i understand you've been burned by CC theft previously, but the vendor's site not defaulting to an encrypted site isn't really a negative site attribute. now...if there was no security during checkout, that's a whole 'nother story...

Pros:

Clean, easy to navigate site
Generous return policy
Actual phone number for cs provided
Detailed, concise, detailed, privacy policy and other procedures
This will sound strange but reading through policies I get a feeling that this is run by nice, honest and helpful people. Many vendors use verbiage that comes across as arrogant, uptight or not customer service oriented.
Shipping (along with options) prices and tax automatically calculated in cart - great feature that is rarely seen.
Bitcoin
Price shown on icon without having to go to another page

Cons:
Understandable as you are new but limited selection
Would like to see more pictures of products
Could use more detailed descriptions of products
Okay pricing but not low enough to make me order from a new, unknown vendor

Hi and thanks for the contest. So gernerous !!! I really like your site but agree with some of the points made above. I would suggest a category for your APV's (they are under starter kits). Bigger selection of e juice and the need for more descriptve e liquid content. A side bar would be great as well. Good luck on your new venture.

1) I think you need so more color and design in your banner ;)
Also the bit coin, visa ect needs to be on the bottom, so your products can be on top and be the center of attention.
Lastly, all like items categorized together.
Example:
Kits
Egos
Mods
Clearos
Tanks
Rebuildables
Tips
Charger and batteries.
Adapters
Cases
Misc.
Just suggestions :)

Welcome and Thanks for the Contest!
