- I purchased a 5V BoxMod from this guy. (order number #100)
- The device died within a couple of weeks. (I also bought one from madvapes. That's still running after 3 months. That's much better by the way)
- I asked eCigMods.com (aka Craig) to repair the dead device and I sent it back. (tracking number: RR157451844HU, can be tracked at www.usps.com)
- Then I went for summer vacation. I thought when I'll come back, the repaired BoxMod will be waiting for me at the post office and all I'll need is to pick it up. Well it wasn't.
I checked the tracking information of the package which contained the dead BodMox I returned to him. The tracking info said, it was delivered 2 WEEKS ago!
I thought that if he received it 2 weeks ago, then he already sent me the repaired device for sure, maybe it just hasn't arrived yet.
- I contacted him and asked him about it. I told him that the tracking info says, the package was delivered 2 weeks ago, so when did he send me the replacement or repaired device?
- He answered and said: "I never received it. Maybe it was delivered to someone else."
Can you believe this cr@p? How can someone say a big lie like that?
I sent the package REGISTERED and a registered letter CANNOT be delivered to ANY OTHER person! The tracking info says it's delivered, so obviously he lied about not receiving it.
- But he told me very "generously":
"Well I've never received it, but I'll send you another one!"
- Well he sent me another one, which arrived yesterday.
I'm telling you guys.... this box which I received it, was so dead... it was more dead, than a hundred years old rotten corpse.
If I pushed the button: nothing, on/off switch: nothing, voltmeter, while pushing the button: nothing, tried several attys on it: nothing.
This box was TOTALLY dead and useless, this is what I received as a replacement!
So I just threw it out into the trashcan! End of story! I won't return it again, that's for sure.
And I'll NEVER EVER buy anything from that guy!
1 - His BoxMod which I originally purchased, died very quickly.
2 - when I returned it, he lied about receiving it, because he didn't want to replace it
3 - when he replaced it, he sent me a dead, totally useless cr@p.
