He told me that in June! I finally wrote him and he whined that I was telling lies about him in the topic where we were simply trying to get our device or money back. If he has not sent it by now, write him and give him one week to deliver it or refund, if he doesn't respond or deliver dispute Google or Paypal for item not delivered. You will get your money back.

As I said I disputed and got my money back from the Vapezilla from Paypal and just received my Vape360 a week or so ago (ordered and paid for in May) after I wrote him and told him I was going to dispute again on Google. He may have withdrawn all of his funds from Googlepay now tho.. I would say a BBB claim if that is the case, that would surely make him respond or better yet produce a business license which I doubt he has. Just makes my blood boil to watch him pulling the same scam on another site.

It's funny this comes up. I saw a vape 360 and ordered one a week ago and checked off pay by money order and asked in comments for them to paypal me. They sent me a email saying they don't do paypal. But my order is ready to ship. I bought a prepaid credit card and was gonna pay for it today but I thought I saw the name Craig" whatever" on here before, and he was accused of some evil doing on ecf. I kinda like the 360 and it's cheap. Are you guys telling me not to buy? Is the 360 crap? I know about crapzilla. But what about the 360. Btw the crapzilla is still for sale for like $50.

If you still order after reading all this, and STILL have questions, you deserve to lose your money.

Takeone I should have a review of the 360 up soon. The main issue with Craig is that he bit off more than he could chew, some personal issues, and PayPal locking his account made things worse for him. That all happened during the production of that mod, plus everyone has to remember the first version of just about everything has some sort of issue.

Everything you said is true, however his main problem is he can't keep his excuses straight or give a straight answer for that matter. I have had a lot of bad luck in my life but not on a daily basis, and no way can I send you something, post that it was sent and it never arrives. Only to say three weeks later I will mail it tomorrow, and it never arrives, then yell at you for daring to ask what the problem is or an ETA date... Horse crap pure and simple. Guess I should call it sheep .... to match my avatar.. I bet I get bleeped.. hehe

years ago when i started as an ebay power user , i worked for a couple , lets call them "todd" and "kimmy" (the names have NOT been changed). when i first started , i worked as a packer/shipper. this part was todds domain. kimmy was responsible for listing , and getting everything in order , so all we had to do was pack and ship.

about 4 months in , i check the ebay page to see what i have to pack , and the site was shut down. no info , nothing. i get to the house (they had a house and a 6000sq ft warehouse) packed with antiques(junk). everything from olf baby dolls to nazi items , etc etc...

come to find out , this account was #3 for them , they each had one in their own name , and one in their 3 year old daughters name. all of which got shut down.

long story short , what kimmy would do , is list all this stuff , some of it selling for thousands of dollars. she would give these buyers shipping numbers , etc , and the stuff would never get packed or shipped because we never got the slips.

only when someone disputed or filed a paypal claim , would they ship the item. i had seen them list something , sell it , say it was packed and shipped , then list it right away before the people even payed for it.

suffice it to say , they went through 3 more accounts , all the while never paying me what they owed me (20$ here , 50$ there) , and when i quit they owed me over $2000. turns out , all along , they were writing bad checks at auctions to buy things , then they would write bad checks to cover the bad checks they wrote at the auction.

kimmy and todd last i heard were banned from ebay and paypal , no one with their last names are allowed to sell , because they were so fraudulent , that when ebay totalled up everything they scammed people out of , they owed over 400,000 dollars. this is not including what they owed the auction houses , the banks , and their workers.



moral of the story : NEVER use money orders , NEVER NEVER NEVER do wire transfers , and absolutely never send checks or cash.


lots of people are scammers , i was just recently almost scammed out of 5700$ on a car purchase , where the person said they were in canada and wanted to use ebay to sell the car , i get a spoof email telling me to wire the money to a guy in north carolina.
