Ok, now I'm getting worried and ...... after reading this. I did a random google search for a product that madvapes was currently out of and wound up at ECigMods.com I placed an order, it looked legit. Well that order was placed on 5/09/11 and I still have not received it. If I don't get my order soon, I will do a dispute. This really pisses me off.

Ok... so I know that I was the one who revived this thread, and I ended up being one of the "winners" in that contest. Although the Admin at the Forum was ready to go after him at first, we both decided to give him the benefit of the doubt.

All I can say is that he sent me the Gift Cert right away, and I had a little problem using it (which ended up being entirely my fault) but we sent no fewer than 12 emails back and forth in one day, trying to figure out what the problem was...

It does say on his shipping info that orders ship in 3-4 days, and his Home page now states that he is behind at least a week with his mod orders. I know that my "freebie" order wasn't top priority (it took 10 days and a little prodding) and he might be taking on more than he can handle... but I think he is at least communicating with people and trying to work things out.

Although you think he would have learned from his past mistakes!! :facepalm:

Ugh, not looking good from my end. I emailed him and he DID reply, but with some excuse of regulators not working on some mod he is building. But I didn't order a mod, I ordered a couple of the new 350mAh 510 batt.'s and a charger. Stock that he should have been able to throw in a box and ship out, you would think.

I'm on day 10 of waiting for my order to even be shipped.

He did the same thing to me... I told him that there was nothing to build, and that the stuff I ordered could just be thrown in a box and sent out!! If he was smart, he would take care of those orders FIRST, and not piss EVERYBODY off... LOL!!

I also know that he is drop-shipping some of his stuff from MadVapes... for what that's worth.

There's a thread on just about every forum regarding Craig's shady buisiness practices. My personal experience stemed back to the juice fed pre-order, which very few that arrived worked even 50% of it's designed capability. I spent over 2hrs modding and repairing very simple mistakes, of coarse I repaired it due to his non-responsiveness to ALL forms of communication. About 5months ago I caught up with him on another forum and he actually gave me a credit for the full price, including shipping. I imediately placed an order, utilizing all of the credit, and the order was shipped the next day. In the order he asked for written reviews, of the items, and he'd send juice for review due to him just thinking about selling it. Last I checked my review of his Vape360 was still on his site, and I never recieved any juice, even after ordering some, so charges were disputed.

I WISH I WOULD HAVE SEEN THIS ! I am a new vaper and I purchased the vape 360 at the beginning of may i think the 2nd? I received it the 21st I believe and it was dead 2 weeks later. And I loved it when I got it so I wrote a great review that I wish I could take back since that POS is ignoring all my tickets. Ugh so aggrivated.

OK so I bought into Craig when he first started. Couldn't deliver the mod so gave me a credit. Tried to use the credit and it has been over a month with the status of the order as "processing". Numerous emails and a couple of tickets filed. Nothing. So he is still sitting on my money and seems like we will have to file a claim in court or something to get it back from him. What an idiot. All he had to do was ship the product out after it was paid for. Avoid eCigMods.com as you will be wasting a lot of time.

On top of all that it took months for him to send out those crappy products he would not refund me and he also gave out all my secure info in PM to several ppl SO def buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
