I received my first order today.

Color me IMPRESSED!

I appreciate that you used a box rather than an envelope (yes- some ship juice in an envelope!) and it was well-packed.

Thank you for the nice juice sample included with my small order!

Handwritten "thanks" on invoice.

The new site is MUCH better than the old one.

Oh yeah- the juice is GREAT!

While that long wait to get orders shipped is a bummer at least it is in big red print on the first page.

You're gonna have to do something about that 11 day wait I'm seeing today, though- gonna lose lots of sales. Time to burn the midnight oil and/or hire some temporary help. Taking weekends off while your customers wait 11 days? *raises an eyebrow*

A solid 9 out of 10!

Dawn mixes all her own flavours so getting in help is not gonna work coz it just will not be the same liquid .... as far as the week end off don't let that kid you DO you really think they have any time off the shop is closed not them (the work goes on) the shop is shut to stop orders comin over the weekend to try limit the backlog which apparently don't work but Dawn keep up the good work no matter how long it takes if people want the juice they will wait like me lov ya lov your juice and the new website is wonderfull

Been watching the new site develop, very nice. Questions that I'm not finding answers for on the site:

What are the DIY flavorings offered/ Loranns, Cappella, Flavourart....?
Water or oil soluble?
Artificial colorings?

The unflavored 48mg and 60mg. Is it PG, VG or a mixture?

Shipping rates? I find a generic reference to USPS and free over $80. Nothing more. It would be nice to be able determine shipping prior to placing an order.

Hi Guys
I would like to answer.. I work the whole weekend to get orders out without having to put up higher than the 11 days and most orders are being shipped in a few days,, I put that time up to keep any of the people that need their juice faster than i can Possible make it.. and the free shipping over 80.00 i had to change that to a flat rate of 5.99 for everybody because the shopping cart i am using will not let me use both a flat rate and a free shipping rate without going live on USPS, which is very hard to integrate and i had problems all weekend of grand opening so i gave everyone a ton a free stuff that had to pay the 5.99.. and i ship priority for 4.80 and i pay from 8 -13.00 on DIY kits so the 5.99 makes up for a little of the shipping money i am losing.. But I ALWAYS include freebies for everyone.. I also put up there will be no more free shipping over 80.00 after that weekend was over and it states on the front page all orders are a flat rate so no surprises.. .I like to be VERY upfront and honest.. I am however trying to implement a free shipping coupon over 80,00 when i get this good to go i will bring it back.. but right now that coupon keeps giving free shipping to every order..so i am working on it.. But please believe me... I work sat and sunday to keep the rate i am going. I believe that you guys that support me know that i try very hard and the 11 days is up there for my protection so that i do not get any mean emails saying i wanted my stuff yesterday as i can physically fill the amount of orders i have and I Will NOt give up the personal touches and the free samples that take extra time.. so if i lose sales because of that then i do.. and i know my Happy customers yes will be less when could have been more but I have Done My BEST for them..
next question..,, I do have to go through and redo the fairys finest and the loranns and capellas.. I will do this as soon as i can it is very important
also i will put in the unflavored VG also as that is not up there yet., i just got the pgs put in last night.

thank you as my to do list is long..and finding these things for me is a Hugh help..

and as always I thank You for bringing these things to my attention and keeping me straight and on track to having one of the best sites out there....

As you know i love what we do... and i want you guys to have the best,,,,sometimes it is about the product and not all about the money..

The 11 days on the front page is SO important to me so I dont stress out with Hurry and send out a bad product.. I know those who do order even after seeing 11 days wait WANT the best....and that is what i want to give you guys... the best that i can.

I wish i could be faster I really do.. I do have my mom labeling and helping me. as you know george does the most work when i can not stand anymore he does all of the work..

I love to talk to my customers on the phone and help with information.
These things are what make me different..

THANK YOU so much for a 9 out of 10.. I love being a 9... and I have the best patient customers on the ECF.....

Yeah, I fell asleep reading a book. I woke up a couple hours too late and checked in to see how it went. Sorry I couldn't be there, Mr. Sandman came and beat the **** out of me. 'Mix Master' said it went well and I was very happy to hear that.

I am in customer service and trust me this company goes above and BEYOND! If this juice was half as good I would wait a month for it just for the personal touches and lighting fast inquiry responses.

I have seriously changed in how I deal with problem customers and customers in general, and here is how..

Notes LOVE the idea! I have been jotting quick notes for customers on the receipts for customer repairs and include a bit on the conversations THEY LOVE IT! sorry had to leach idea off you.

As far as freebies go I have had to get creative since on my company's dime its frowned upon, normally a software upgrade, cleaning, swapping out with a fully charged battery etc.

Have tried the candy route but people got greedy demanding and just rude, lets not mention leaving crap all over my store to clean up.

Keep up the outstanding job, and pin the frustrations where they need to be pinned. On the postal service for not inventing a teleporter system yet.
