I heard about eCW from a friend who was local to them in Peterborough (he delivers stuff to a place near them, and knew I vaped and suggested it). At this time I was using a Liberro Realis and wasn't really into it, apart from using it to sate my nicotine need. I had a look on their website (I knew I wanted some more BVP, Brake vape Power!) and I wanted a VV, as I'm a gadget freak and anything with buttons and an LCD is like "OOOH SHINAYE!" to me, couple that with nicotine delivery.. and well.. I'm digressing. I chose a LavaTube from them as it was a good price, and I bought some atties, cartos and some liquids. They were really good - I ordered online, and drove the 50 miles to pick it up that day, as I was so excited.
After a bit of trouble finding them (My Volkswagen satnav didn't have the development on it they were based on, thank god for android local search!) I arrived and was greeted by some very, enthusiastic friendly peeps. I handed the money over and was on my way. Before I even set off in the car, the 'tube was out and I was vaping on it lol.
Because I picked it up as a cash order, I missed out on the 10% discount, but they were good enough to honour that on my next online order and I understand it was a damn pain for them as I have experience myself of the eCommerce system they used. So I was extremely grateful for that, nice touch. Since then I've used them pretty much exclusively for everything. The service is good, the products are reasonably priced and I love their loyalty points system which has been quite good as the points paid for my last order!
Even with the standard posting option they're fast and friendly. 10/10 WOULD buy FROM AGAIN GREAT A++++++!!!11!one!! - sorry, had a flashback to eBay circa 2003 there!
