Ok so I am new at this. Not really sure what to do/how to do it and equally important when it's needed. Have been crushing the Wakonda as soon as the kind folks from the USPS show up with it. Currently working on a bottle of GCD that was born in Nkvember of 2014...left over stock/deal I found.

I got myself some Strawnilla and Raz Cup last week. The smell a little chemically... Thanks for any direction offered. Still trying to figure out what I like but have found a few here that I love. Thanks.

If it is the newer glass bottles of Nicoticket leave newly opened bottles uncapped overnight to let them breathe. Then re-cap and shake (always hold the cap on as some caps have come off) and do this uncapping/recapping/shake for ten or so minutes a day (the breathing that is, not the shaking) until you like the juice.

Another way is to get the unicorn bottles from NT or use the old LDPE bottles (I reuse all my old ones for this) to decant the new juice from the glass bottles as the glass bottles will not allow any steeping at all. I bought stainless steel funnels for this from sur la table.

Air is what helps all the flavors to mingle. My ADV is GCD and I like a 4-6 month steep on the juice. I still have some from the old LDPE days but have started the steeping of some of my glass bottles.

Here is the example. On the left is an LDPE bottle I bought with a date of 9/14, on the right a newly decanted bottle from 12/14 from glass. I took this picture right after decanting in June of this year.

Ok so how do you know once a juice is good to go? I've been venting and shaking as suggested. Strawnilla smells good/better than it did but the Raz Cup smells like medicine... It doesn't help that I am a very impatient type A personality. :)
You have test it throughout your steeping process to find where it clicks for you and then run with it :)

for me in the old plastic bottles, I liked the juice after it has been in my hands at least 4 weeks....in the glass bottles its harder to judge as the glass slows the aging process

Lots of good advice here - the bottom line is, most or all of the liquid is ready to vape FOOB (Fresh Out Of the Box). How much is enough is a very subjective matter - you'd probably get 100 different answers. As a general rule, shaking and giving 5 minutes of air once daily for a week or two is more than enough.
