I have a efest18650 3400 mah protected battery and was wondering if I s good to run it at my mech at 1.2 ohms at 3.20amp?not familiar with the battery specs

You'll need to check the exact specs of the battery online, but pretty much every e-cigarette battery can handle a 3.2 amp draw.

Just fyi, you simply plug in the resistance of your tank/atty as well as your battery voltage into an ohms calculator and it'll tell you your amp draw. Just compare that to whatever the battery is rated at. I'm sure you've already done that, but other people can read this.

i couldnt find anything online on its amp limit but i found this tho

but ive been vaping on it for half a day now,it doesnt seem to get warm even on constant vaping at 3.20amps and the discharge is quite fine...from 4.2 volts used about 2hours++ still left with 4.1volts....how can i tell if a battery is unstable for use?hope anyone can advise me on the amp limit of these guys that would be great.....not a fan of sub ohms tho......doing fine on a ochird v2 with a sigelei mech,pretty impressed with vapor production without sub ohms

As indicated on the lygte website you linked to, these are re-wrapped Panasonic NCR18650B batteries rated at 6.8 amps max continuous. The protection will cut in at around 5A. You are fine as long as you stay below the protection cutoff. They are actually very good and very safe batteries
