Ok there are a lot of drip tip variations out there, long, short, thick, thin, wide bore, narrow bore etc etc not to mention materials used to make them,
i have a few types myself, and I know longer tips give me a cooler vape than short ones, but I wanted to ask, does anyone find that different bore tips (even if they are the same length) affect flavour?

With RDAs absolutely. Wider bores allow more airflow and bigger clouds, narrow bores can be used to restrict airflow and condense flavor. Some DT even have AFC options that let you take in fresh air from outside of your DT/atomizer after the vapor has been produced to help cool down hits and produce bigger clouds. I find that longer DTs also tend to mute flavors.

Definitely. If you ever try the stock tip from a Kayfun (super small bore) and a wide bore tip on the same atty, you'll see a HUGE difference. Basically, a tighter bore is going to restrict the airflow and give you a vape where the flavor is condensed into a smaller space, making it taste stronger and giving a more concentrated flavor. A wider bore will spread it out more and you'll taste less.

A drip tip can make a big difference, but everything else makes a bigger one, so the drip tip's where you dial it in once you've found something you like already. Right now, I'm kind of in the middle, using the stock tip from the Lemo - it's a good middle-of-the-road size for decent flavor and good airflow.
