I nabbed a Vamo V4 from AKA Vapor which is in the mail now after a fasttech snafu with a V2 and I'm wondering what the "best" battery set up is for maximum performance. I have 2 Trustfire 18650s I got from fasttech which seemed to work well while the V2 functioned but I'm wondering if the double 18350s is better since its technically more power if the labeled numbers are anyhting to go buy. I'm still fairly new to actual mods as my current mod is an iTaste MVP, which is nice but my AGR+ tank stripped the upper threading and all I can use are my Kanger PTs on it. So I'm trying to figure out if I should/need to invest in some more batteries for the Vamo for more than just having MOAR batteries.

XXX fire batteries : Not recommended.
2 x 18350 batteries : Not recommended.

Get good batteries and charger set. Panasonic batteries and Nitecore I4 Smart Battery Charger are very good. NCR batteries, Samsung batteries are also good. Check reviews.

I personally will not use XXXfire brand. It may well work for you but not worth the trouble.

Regards.
