eG0 with cartomizers?

I love my eGo I really do, but the dripping especially while driving is not safe. I am waiting for the Tesla Filter, I ordered a 510 to Kr808 adapter and a few carts. I know that Stubear has done this I saw his Youtube video, but does anyone else have any experience with using carts?

My first cart experience was awful but it was likely the brand I was using, they smelled awful tasted worse but it did get me to this forum to find something better which is what I did.

I have not tried the cartomizers as of yet but they are on my list of things to try with the ego. Just like finding a good juice to work for you I would assume the same goes for the carto's, let me know if you come across anything good on those carto's. I have tried an 801 atty on the ego and that seems to be fine, a little bit more gentle TH than the 510 but that was expected, just enjoying the larger cart from that. Now just awaiting some mega 510 attys and carts to try next.

I've used a 510 cartomizer on my eGo...and REALLY like it. It makes the eGo even a bit shorter than it already is, but I don't mind at all.

With the 510 Cartomizer does the mouthpiece come out over the cone? Or do you need to use it without the cone? And where did you pick up those 510 cartomizers?

The cone fits just fine over the cartomizer, but does mean that much of the cartomizer appears outside of the cone (see attached pic). I got cartomizers from Nhaler.

Hi All,
With the 808 carto, you will need to get the correct adaptor. Not all adaptors are the same. I got my adaptor from CigTechs and Chris there is a great guy! They work the best and I did have two others, but they were shorter and the threads weren't that good. I trhew them out.
The cartos will stick out from the cone but are shorter then a 510 cart set up. Its about 1/8" to 3/16" shorter and not really noticable. I use juice from DIY Flavor Shack. Dawn there does a very good job with the flavors and The blanks I get from Vapor 4 Life. As a matter of fact, Steve (V4L) is having a Valentine sale for 21% off carto's. The code is valentine21. Thats a very nice savings. My wife got a ton of carto's and juice and a couple of batts plus a big savings. She was a happy vapor. LOL.
So go ahead and get the empty carto's from there as the sale ends tonight. They are the best carto's I have used so far..
Its amazing how diff. the hand made liquid from DIY and the blank carto's with that juice in it tastes so good with the eGo. I am useing one now with Dawns Juicey Peach and its wonderful..

Awesome! Glad I could help ya out! I have cartos from V4L. It takes a few puffs to really get them going but they are pretty good once you do. I use my cartos here and there and like them. Some are a lil more tight fitting with the eGo cone but I havn't come across one yet that just won't work with the cone, I'm sure there are some out there that are to tight but I havn't found one in my stash yet...now watch, the next one I pull out won't fit with the cone, lmao!

With my adaptor, it sticks out farther then that one does..
Also I want to say that I got the blanks and used my own juice I make.

Hello everyone. I also use cartomizers. I bought blanks from midwest vapors because he has them in many colors. The stainless fit the best and look the best on the eGo. They don't have paper on them so they are slightly thinner. I got my adapters from altsmoke and they work great. I get juice from myfreedomsmokes and tasty vapors. Lately though I'm finding that I like the taste better with just dripping on a 510. I'm thinking of getting a t-tip from Super T Manufacturing. I'm loving this eGo and I gotta tell ya, I'm anxious for the Baby J. I can't wait to try the 4.5v. I bet it will be perfect for cartomizers!

I do not know this item, while it looks great I wonder how it works. Am I to assume it has an opening at the mouth end to direct drip in, what stops you from dragging the juice back into your mouth? I have only dripped with an empty 510 cart and then directly dripped on to the atty. I was wondering how this is different?

Yes, you're right...you drip through the mouth T-Tip. I have no idea how it "works" but I haven't had a bit of trouble of getting liquid back into my mouth. I believe there are several threads about the T-tips (it's manufactured by SuperT Manufacturing, the guy who makes the SuperSix). As soon as he has teh stainless steel ones back in stock, I'm buying a couple more for myself (so I can have one each of my PVs) and a few for vaping friends. The tip isn't "cheap" at 19.95 but it is so worth the money!!

I too have the SS T-Tip and yes it is easy to use for dripping. The liquid goes in better than the brass T-Tip. Thats because the hole is bigger now.
I am waiting on the Baby J too and the telsa carts also.
These are the only PV's I will ever need.
