Hi.
Great forum to get info on vaping.

But I am having some trouble with my Ego 2200 mAh battery and need some help. It was doing just fine till I put a GS-H2 carto I had just filled on it. The carto is working on my other batteries too. I did not over fill it. I can get power to it and the on button lights when I depress it. It doesn't seem to need charging because when I screw it on to the charger the light stays green. I have tried all the quick fixes. I have had this battery approx 2 months. I love it too, So disappointed that this is happening. Any advice is greatly appreciated. :(:confused:

Hello and welcome to the forum Leland2. Glad to have you here!:)

Sounds like the center pin of the battery is not making a connection with the atomizer of the clearomizer/tank. This usually occurs from over-tightening the tank onto the battery connector. Just make sure that if you use something conductive (metal) to pry up on the center pin that you do NOT hit the fire button while you are working on the battery. Or better yet, turn off the battery.

Susan -S..... I have tried that several times. I used a nail file with a curved pointy end. It is pretty difficult not to touch the center pin while doing that. I tried going all around the pin too.

I also think your issue is the center pin not making good contact with your atty. As long as you don't fire the device, you can probe that center pin as much as you need to. Be gentle with it, but in the end I think you have to move it up a bit.

Once you get it working again, do not over tighten any atty's onto the battery.

Let us know how it goes Leland :thumb:
