I have been using 808 batteries since I started vaping. In the 3 months I have collected many many juices and the whole dripping 18 drops in carts and topping off blah blah blah is getting old. My bf bought me an Ego kit and I was wondering what the best accessories are? tanks? Dual coil cartos? Or something else I don't know about?

I really appreciate it! Been lurking in the ECF forever!

I'd try the 1.7 smoktek cartomizers from either Hoosier or CCV.

Echo-e cartomizers are great because they hold about 3 ml of juice and can be cleaned. You don't get quite as good of a vape as the 1.7 but better than the EMDCC in my opinion.

If you get either the echo-e or EMDCC order drip tips unless you like the whistle tips that come with them. I don't.

Nice thing about the eGo style bat is that you can play around and try all sorts of different things.
But if you want a tank for your eGo, get a real tank for your eGo. The "T" tanks don't even come close.

CCV is crystal clear vaping. They sell the "ressurector" cartos which are just the name he gave the 1.7ohm XL cartos. They are awesome and are all I use. They are single coil but many feel they produce vapor similar to a dual coil. And they hold alittle over 2ml of juice so they last a long time before you have to refill. CCV has free shipping too which is nice when you just wana get some cartos. He guarantees all cartos which is sweet and you get a free syringe with all carto purchases. If you buy a 15-pack you get a syringe and a free drip tip. It's an awesome deal. They won't be at full potential on an eGo since the eGo isn't 3.7V, but they still hit really well, and many people still really like them on an eGo. If you fill them right and use them correctly, they last quite a while. I get avg 2-4 weeks on one Ressurector. I wouldn't drip fill them tho, especially for the first fill. They hold a lot of juice. I use a syringe to fill all my Ressurectors and occasionally drip in the top when I'm just topping them off

+1 on the Resurrectors...the best friend a 3.7v device can have(eGo is actually a regulated 3.2-4v)...best deal is from CCV but, shipping can lag as he is a one man shop...hoosierecigsupply sells these as does MadVapes and others...the "technical" name for these are smoktech 1.7ohm XL cartomizers......dual coil cartos don't work as well with these devices as they tend to give a cooler/weaker vape and really are meant for variable voltage or higher voltage PVs...where the DCCs shine.................

p.s. Parkes sells the Chibi tanks(good unit) with the Resurrector style cartos in them and sells replacements, pre-punched, if you don't wanna punch 'em yourself.........mj

Personally I wouldnt get them from madvapes though. I know that really they are the same thing as the ones from CCV and Hoosier but for some reason the ones from madvapes seem to have quite a few DOAs. I don't know if it was just an isolated incident or a few bad batches but I got a 5-pack of them from madvapes and 3 out of 5 were DOA. My buddy also bought some from madvapes about a week after I did and one box had 4 out of 5 DOA and the other had 3 out of 5 DOA. I also read reviews from other people that said they got a bunch of DOAs too. They might be fine now though, but I'm not sure bc I won't get them from there again. so that is something to keep in mind.
I've bought about 20 5-packs of the Ressurectors from CCV and have never had one DOA. About 2 weeks ago I did get a 15-pack and one of the boxes had 2 ressurectors that for some reason wouldnt wick properly. I fill them with a syringe and they were filled fully but for some reason they were acting like they were dry and just wouldnt wick right. And it was the same 80/20 juice I always use so it wasn't bc of anything like that. It obviously wasn't CCVs fault and they were just duds from the manufacturer. I called Andrew just to let him know about it and he said he had actually used one the week before that did the same thing. I didn't even ask for a replacement but the next day I got an email that he sent me another 5-pack for free. He really is an awesome guy. Some vendors do have a warranty on cartos, but it's only a DOA warranty. CCV is the only place I know that will replace them like that. Even if you use them for a few days and then have a problem, he will still replace them. Also he's one of the only vendors I know that doesn't make you send back the defective ones, which is really sweet actually. I got a bad High-drain battery for my Epower from avidvaper awhile back, and even tho it was nice that they said they would replace it, they wouldn't send me a new one until I returned the defective one. Which I know isn't a huge deal, but for something like that, I basically had to pay alittle over half the price for a new battery just to send it back. So it's def nice that CCV is like that. Andrew even knew that only 2 out of the 5 had a problem and he still sent me a whole nother 5-pack for free. That's why CCV is the only place I will buy my cartos. Yeah the shipping can take an extra day or two when he gets really backed up on orders, but I still think its well worth it. As long as you dont wait till your completely out, which you shouldn't anyway, it doesn't matter if it takes a few extra days. I order another 15-pack as soon as I only have 1 5-pack left. Then if it takes alittle longer it's okay and your not stuck. It's an awesome deal for 15 cartos and with the free syringe AND drip tip, plus free shipping, you really can't beat it.
If CCV was sold out though, I would get them from Hoosier. Brent is a really nice guy too and ships really fast.
