i googled "ego tank" and as beneficial as it might be, there is no way i can show up in public with it.

Heh, I vape mine out and about all the time now, although only in places where smoking would be okay. Although I *am* in San Francisco, and my PV is rarely the oddest thing around...

As for the lightheadedness, I had the same problem when I started, and it was definitely too much nicotine. I was an ultra-lights smoker but my kit only shipped with 36mg carts. I liked vaping so much, I overdid it. Promptly ordered some 0 & 6mg juice. Problem solved--lightheadedness gone.

hey puffer, im a noobie too but feel "somewhat educated" about e smokes. (due to an addiction to my laptop) i was kind of in the same boat as you. i bought a tornado kit(same as the ego) and was refilling my cartridges all the time and getting sick of it. i thought about ordering the ego tank system but heard mixed reviews, and the price was a little too steep for me. i did find something pretty goot at gotvapes.com. its the lucid clear tank style cartridge. when i first got them, well, they sucked. but i did figure out how to easily modify them and now i love them!!!!! now i only need to refill it once through the day and i vape about 2ml a day. if this is something you might be interested in i can explain how to mod them. plus, they are pretty cheap. as for your lightheadedness, i got the sam ething when i first started using mine. lightheaded, dizzy, shaky hands. you are just using it too much. i have found that the nicotine doesnt absorb as fast as it does with regular "analog" cigs. my advice is puff your ego a few times and set it down and wait. see if that craving subsides. it took some trial and eror for me to figure out my "ok, im good" point. hope that helps!
