Ego Attys Issue

I bought two Ego cone attys. I cannot get them to wick correctly. I even replaced the polyfill on the carts, filling them so they are not so dense. Both attys the same, after two puffs....yuck.

Also, is there some reason the batteries do not have a cutoff? (five clicks on/five clicks off) I thought Ego batteries had this standard.

not all ego batteries have shut-off mode. the industry is ever-evolving. not sure about your atties. try dripping directly into them with a couple of drops of fluid and see how the flavor changes?
