Ego batt Mod

Is there anyway you can mod a Ego batt to run at 3.7V instead at it's regulated 3.0-3.2 V

Reason I'm asking is because I know the battery can output 3.7 so it must be possible to deregulate it some how.

Much easier and safer to either get an ego-booster, or one of the variable voltage ego batteries. The VV batteries can switch from 3.2 to 3.7 to 4.2.
