Most mods with regulation will be regulated at 3.4, I believe.

Unregulated mods will reach 3.2 when its getting to be the time to recharge.

As for the eGo Mini, there's a pretty large thread over on the ego board.

Also, what PCC are you using? Most of the ones that I've seen are made for "cig-a-likes." Egos will not fit in them.

Hi Matt. These aren't mods. A lot of non vv mods are 3.7v or 5v.

As for regulated pvs - SI Volts and X2s have 3.7v regulation. Joye Ego are at 3.3v.

This mini EGo pv appears to be regulated at 3.7v which is unusual for an Ego.

The interesting thing to me is that the HC site said it's regulated to 3.7 volts.

Most eGo units are 3.4..........
Hmmm.....

Also, why use it vs a 650 mAh std sized eGo? Is it that much smaller? Does it matter?
The 3.7 volts would make a difference.

P.S.
(There's just no way to talk about this stuff without it being unintended vague innuendo )

As Dragonbone stated, this with a Mini Vivi nova fits the Pcc perfectly

That site says that it is best charged using a USB- anyone know anything about that? I want to get one (or 12) but I want something that is interchangeable with my other 510 stuff, and I only use a wall charger for them.

Since I have a ton of eGo batteries, I finally caved a few months ago, and got one of those Mega Chargers, that can charge up to 10 batteries at a time. I love it! It sits flush against the wall and behind the 10 charging Slots; are 10 empty slots, where you can keep charged batteries standing upright, like good little soldiers lol.

It has minimized clutter 100%!

I charge all my ecigs on this one charger! KR808-D's, eGo Mini, eGo's of various sizes and eGo-Twist. It can also charge 510's natively ( I don't have 510's). To charge eGo's you need 510-510 adaptors, and for 808's - 510-808 adaptors. I bought just 4 adaptors for the eGo batteries, as I rarely need to chage so many at a time, and 2 adaptors for 808's. I have all the the relevant adaptors screwed into the charger permanently, so charging is a breeze. All my charged eGo's are in the slots behind, ready to go into rotation. I love it!!!

Just today I was speaking to my ecig vendor about this. I have 4 batts and my husband 2, although one is a USB pass and another one I put to charge on the PCC I'm lacking chargers. That's extremely handy, you can leave them alone to charge and always have a fresh one ready to go!

Do you have a pic of that Dragonbone? it sounds very useful.

I do charge my 650mahs on a 510 charger. But, is it ok for 900mah and 1000mah batteries to be charged on a 510 charger? I've heard that it can make the batteries overheat if charged on too small of a charger.

Does anybody know for sure?

You should have no problem at all. Generally, the issue is the other way around--you wouldn't want to use a charger appropriate for a 1,000 mAh battery on a smaller one as it'll charge the battery too fast. That can reduce the battery life or cause problems with small things like fires and explosions.

The charger can't draw more power than it can handle, and it'll simply charge your larger battery more slowly than a charger built for it. It will, however, charge it.

The only exception to this is if the battery specifically states that only a certain charger may be used. Then I'd strongly advise using the recommended charger. In every other case, a lower capacity charger made for that type of battery can always be used in place of a higher capacity one.

ummm... A little battery teory: Intelligent chargers and intelligent batts have circuitry protection. It's not a wise idea to charge a large batt in a small charger because it will take too long. That's all the danger there is. Use well known chargers, protected, and use known batteries. Most explosions can be averted if you choose your equipment wisely.

For a smart charger, correct...but I've never been certain how smart the cheap chargers most of us have really are. I won't risk it. I've had trouble with some NiMH chargers that were supposed to be smart and were....just not smart enough to deal with lower-mAh AA batteries. Fortunately in that case it just killed the batt without causing any other issues.

If you're using a lithium ion general battery charger to charge a mod's batteries, which batteries go in it shouldn't matter. Those I'd trust. The $3.95 USB chargers, not so much.

That's what I was meaning... Getting Joyetech chargers are a little more expensive but worth the money. And the Mega charger is a genuine Joyetech product.

Right behind you
(still trying to figure out if I would need to buy a different charger in order to charge one of those little guys from health cabin if I bought a few.... :) I am sure someone answered it somewhere but there are a lot of numbers being thrown around here lol I have a generic USB with a wall adaptor that I use for my Kgo and Riva batts...would those work for this little guy? I am sorry I keep asking but I don't understand a whole lot of the terminology just yet

You can use your usual eGo charger - '420mA eGo Fast USB Charger'.
