Thank you very much for the quick answers!

So I need a 510 specific attys and drip tips, and the attys I got with the kit are good only for my specific tank system? Correct?

Yeah the tank atty's are really for the tanks . Get some SR atty's . There are even EGO specific dual coil cart's out there , that you will find easier to use than the tanks .

So that plus a drip tip is all we would need for an eGo-C to drip to rapidly test new flavors, without ruining a tank or atty?

Yes. You could also get a pack of cartridges. They contain a small square of filling material and you add about 10-15 drops of juice to the cartridge and place it on the atomizer and test juice that way.

I've never really been able to drip successfully.

Or you can get a clearomizer to test juice with. They can be cleaned and reused.

so much new stuff coming out every day, can't imagine if I was new and just looking for my first e-cig. What the heck is an ego-c, now? It's starting to become like buying a car right down to different parts of the world having different names for the same model.

Apparently an eGo-T with the atomizer being "changeable" separate from the cone, so attys are much cheaper now. Everything else is relatively minor from what I can tell.

personally i hate dripping. Its cool if my friends here like it, its just not for me. However i do agree dripping is the best and cheapest way to test new flavors. And lets face it everyone of us are juice hogs we buy juice left and right, always on the hunt for that perfect juice. In the end you will more than likely invest more money in juice than in your hardware. So test that juice out before you buy in bulk.

One note if i may make sure your attys are LR. i bought a 3 atty deal ($20) from thevaporroom.net thats all i use them for is testing.

NIRz - I have the eGo-C system and I just fill a tank with whatever new juice I am trying. If you like it keep vaping. If you don't like it you can simply take the tank off and dump the juice back in the bottle, blow out the atty from the bottom into a paper towel and try a new juice. I rinse the residual juice out of the tank, dry the tank with a paper towel, prime the atty with a couple small drops of the next juice right on the spike and then fill the tank with the next juice.

This is one of the benefits of the C is that you can switch juices quite easily and don't have to worry about committing a carto. It only takes a few puffs to burn off the previous flavor with really nothing on the C to soak up or leach the previous flavor.

I have tried dripping on my Joye attys and while it does give me a sampling of the juice the flavor is just not as good (to me) as it is on the C. The C produces a very clean vape and the same juice will have a cleaner flavor profile on the C vs. dripping on a traditional atty (that I have tried a bunch of other juices on).

I also clean my C attys about once a week since I vape a lot of high ratio VG or 100% VG juices. Check the C thread for details on atty cleaning for the C.

Hope this helps. :)

I prime the atty on the C before I put the tank on. With the cone off I just drop a very small drop on the spike and let it wick in. It will pool on top of the spike and take a few seconds to wick into the atty. Too big of a drop and it will spill over onto the spike plate. I do this in between juice changes after I blow out the atty. If you are just refilling a tank with the same juice flavor this is really not necessary. :)
