So for shiggles and solder practice i had some spare stuff laying around. And i birthed this out, then painted it lol.
The aluminum lid with electrical tape on back side fits in SNUG which is good cause i lost the plastic lid and screws it came with, also the 510 got epoxied slightly crooked

The batteries weren't paired since birth but both seen very little use from two defective vision spinner 1300mah (stripped inner 510 threads) i charged them externally first to same level. I know still a no-no...
Everything else came from ego-c-twist 1300 (except the pot knob)
Was out of push buttons and didn't want to use a tactile, so i went with this 6v/3a rocker switch i salvaged from something awhile ago...
Led doesn't work, tried soldering to on board led, something went wrong when i fired it it would stay on after pushing switch until the 8sec cutoff.... So i desoldered it and tried wiring it to my rocker switch but could get it to work any which way tried, so as a hailmary cause i just wanted to finish this thing. I wired positive to 510+, ground to bat- (no resistor on hand) worked for a good 8-9 tokes..
can anyone suggest what type led and resistor to use wired this way?
*edit* also would this parallel setup double the 2ish amp limit or is that board controlled? Not like it will be pushing too much 1.6-1.8ohm rebuilt aerotank heads.. Just curious (well crap now i want to get out my multimeter and a dripper and test with variety of builds and check voltage/amp output. And see if the board gets hot...*
