ego-C atomizer cleaning

Anyone have any advice for cleaning ego-C atomizers just for regular upkeep? I've been getting some buildup on mine, which eventually leads to darkening the juice in my carts. I read somewhere that everclear works well, which is what I've been using. It's been working ok, but it still builds up. Any better advice you can give me would be much appreciated haha! Thanks!

I use 151 proof vodka and it's good for about 3 cleanings - each one lasts about a month or two, then I pitch the coil unit and put in a new one. Here's a video from Vicki at cignot for 'deeper cleaning' including dry burn.... About 3:50 into the video:
