Ego-C battery issue - only after month and a half

I bought a starter kit from aquavaporcig.com a month and a half ago and one of the batteries has already failed on me.

The button will not light up when I press it, I also tried the quick five clicks.
When I screw it into the charger, it blinks red and green and then just lights steady amber.

Does anyone have any idea what's happening?

I also emailed aquavapor and they told me the battery is already out of warranty.
Needless to say, I will be purchasing my vaping supplies somewhere else from now and on.

Can anyone recommend a good supplier who actually stands behind quality of their products?

I've been very happy with Vapor4Life. They have an Ego battery, not sure if it is the exact same one as yours is I am not an expert at this ecig stuff yet, but I'm not exactly a newbie either (tried it out about 2 yrs ago & failed & recently came back & now there are all these new toys like tanks, and new venders, etc). When I got my ego 2 weeks ago, a few days after having it, I either flooded the cartomizer in the tank or the cartomizer was bad, not sure....after a few days of use the whole tank dumped on the ego battery & the battery stopped working - due to it being upright in my purse while it did this & left like that overnight. I imagine that the juice leaked in through the button, because I have read that these batteries are sealed. Anyways, my point is, I called customer service, figuring they were going to tell me "too bad, not our problem" but that isn't what they said at all. I spent FOUR MINUTES on the phone total (including wait time) & they were sending me a replacement battery & cartomizer out just like that.

Most of the Ego batteries will not have much of a waranty, they are designed to be disposable, 4-6 months minimum life expectancy I believe it is.
I agree, but a little over 30 days is far from 4-6 months :)

Your battery could just need the post pulled, there are videos on youtube to show you how. The post could just be too low to connect to the charger.
Tried to pull the post... like they show on videos. No change. Amber light.
