Good evening from Peterborough, Canada ! Just wondering how other users are finding the eGo-C ? I started vaping with an eGo-T and, god bless it....I quit smoking analogs all together ! Yea ! It's been 9 months now, and I cannot express how wonderful it is to have a house that smells sweet all the time ! Yes, I used to (occasionally) smoke indoors....like when it was minus 30 celcius as it always gets here. However, I found it frustrating that the atomizer on the T constantly clogged, or failed from the get-go...and the replacements were starting to cost a tad too much. I have neither the time nor patience to clean them out, as I know some of you do, and I truly admire your wherewithall in that department. So, I eagerly switched to the C as soon as it became available. The first vape with the C was great....thought I'd finally found an outlet for that occasional nic fit that wouldn't go away, and the new atomizer head gave a great blast ! The new head seems to be long lasting as well. Problem. It totally sucks ! The part of the head that is supposed to poke into the tank does not seem to be long enough....it leaks like a sieve ! I'm getting liquid coming out from the battery/atomizer connection....leakage into the mouthpiece.....and even from the actuator button. I've taken to keeping it wrapped in a paper towel, no big deal, but it's sucking up e-liquid like crazy and I'm now on the web ordering liquid twice as fast as I did with the T. I would love some feedback on this. Happy vaping, kids ! Keep up the good fight to rid yourself of tobacco....I work in the public sector and ALL DAY I have people to deal with who smell like like tobacco, which is something I can't believe I used to do ! Where did you bought that eGo-C of yours? Did you tried another head, body or tank?
Proper eGo-C never leaks. I even replaced plastic caps with silicone ones on my 6-months-old tanks, just to avoid occasional burned taste. Still no leaking, not one drop.

Got it from a good dealer, Shaka.....no problems with them in the past. Just thought maybe I was doing something wrong. I don't think it's a JoyeTech though....is yours ?
Mine is Joyetech. Genuine Joye items have either Joyetech logo or logo of their OEM partner(Ovale, TheVaporPro, Cignot...)

No leakage here. When you put on or take off a new tank does it feel like a snug fit? A new tank for me usually has a nice tight snap into place feel. I'd try ordering new tanks and/or attys from a cert dealer or try the soft caps.
are the caps of your tanks prepunched? The tanks i got with my kit from MVS(myvaporstore) come prepunched. Also, i tried soft caps but constantly get dry hits. How much VG is your juice? If its too thick, may cause leaking too.
Hey there puphappy. Here are mayby some tips on the care and feeding of an Ego-C. My wife and I recently made a "pilgrimage" to a Totally Wicked shop in Florida and got outfitted with a "C" apiece. The wife had problems with hers leaking but I did not. Why? Operator Error. I'm just more experienced and read more about this stuff and she depends on me to provide guidance for her problems. Try some of these things which helped her.
Do not fill the tank completely full, leave a bit of space in the tank.
When inserting the tank into the atomizer body do it upside down so the juice will not have a tendency to leak out while inserting.
Only draw on the tank while engaging the battery button. The act of drawing pulls the juice from the tank to the atomizer and if it's not being vaporized it will puddle.
Tissues tissues tissues! When I refill a tank I swab out the atomizer body and insure that the tank itself is dry of liquid before inserting and also check the other connection points for juice or incidental moisture.
I have not had any leaking issues with my C and these tips have pretty much eliminated the leaking my wife was having.

Another thing to watch is to make sure you insert the tank FULLY into the body.
It's hard to see, but there's a very shallow shoulder on the tank right below where the slope for the mouthpiece starts. It's easier to find this shoulder by sliding your fingernail along the tank starting from bottom to top (toward the mouthpiece). You're fingernail will encounter the shoulder before you will see it.
The tank needs to be inserted completely into the body up to this shoulder. You may even hear a 'snap' when it's fully inserted if you just push it in.
However, I find it's easier to twist and push it into place, but you'll need to know exactly where the shoulder is to make sure it's inserted all the way.
