ego-c led problem

So I got a new ego-c, I like them very much. I know the led is supposed to change color from white, to blue to dark blue according to battery charge. However, one of then the led is a gold color today, which is new. Do I have a problem? Did I miss something? Thanks!

i own an ego c i have never seen that before gold colored light wonder if the bulb in the switch is damaged or is burning out wierd

I have an ego-c passthrough 1000mah and there are 2 settings. Hope I explain this right
One is regulated and one is unregulated. you can switch from one to the other. When turned off if you press the button and hold it down it will change to the gold color (unregulated) Click 5 times and turn on to use in that mode. If you wish to go back to the regulated mode, click 5 times to turn off, hold button down until it starts flashing blue. 5 clicks to turn on and you're now in the regulated mode.

If this is a new battery you have just bought it maybe an eGo-c UPGRADE. If it has upgrade on the battery it IS a DUAL Voltage battery. 5 clicks and the LED flashes blue, it is off, Push and HOLD down the button for 5 seconds and it flash's a yellow ish color. Now you are running it at full votage. This might explane it better.[Joytech] Joye eGo-C Upgrade 1000mAh Passthrough (USB Battery) Mine is a pass-through but it also comes as a strait battery.
