Hey guys so i just picked up a new Ego x6 from my local shop. When i got home i cannot seem to figure out how to change the variable voltage on my device. My LEDs on my battery alternate from red, blue, and white, unlike the usual Red, blue, and purple. when i click the fire button 5 times to change the setting it just turns it off not changing any settings. when i fire it the LED stays white and i have not gotten any other color except for when i turn it on and it gives the light show. can someone help me out? not sure if this is an authentic battery and i cannot seem to find anything on it. anyone else experience this issue?

yeah ive tried clicking fire 3 times, ive also tried holding it for a second then clicking 2/3 times fast nothing seems to work.
thanks for the sending me to that thread but i tried all of the suggested ways and yet no change :/
I have a few X6 batteries. They are all about 1-1/2 years old though. My colors are Red for the lowest voltage, Purple for the middle voltage, and Blue for high voltage. 5 clicks between each change. I had one battery fail shortly after I got it. It would not come on at all. The vendor replaced it at no charge.
Yeah im thinking mine might not be authentic because it doesnt have the purple LED. A friend of mine has one and his goes from red, purple, and blue like yours. Mine X6 has a white light instead of the blue.
There is *possibly* no authentic X6 battery. Kamry make the best known one and it's a $14 battery. They are a fine battery, when they work.
I have two X6's neither have had your problem. Sounds like you got a bad one. I'd return it for another.
