Is this normal, to be expected or accepted?

I got my Twist from a reputable genuine site here in the UK around 3 weeks ago and to be perfectly honest I've loved it since the first vape, used every day since as my 'out and about' pv and generally been impressed with everything about it.

I noticed a few days ago the button was staying lit and the battery still firing slightly after lifting my finger. I didn;t think it was anything as it wasn't even a second so my juice wasn;t being wasted.

Yesterday it was pot luck as to what it was going to do next! Sometimes it fired, if it did it wouldn't turn off, it started firing on it's own accord and not turning off unless it decided to.

Today, it's as dead as a dodo. Nothing happens when I place it on charge (even the LED on the charger doesn't light up) or when I press the button.

Does anyone think I should ask for a replacement/refund or has anyone else had this issue and been able to rectify before I waive the credit card-like white flag again?

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated and apologies if this has been posted in the wrong area.

Many Thanks

That is not normal, or "to be expected" - without an accident - dropping, sitting on it when in a pocket, etc., the Twist should last months to over a year, ymmv depending on vaping habits. I'd contact the vendor and see what they say. Joyetech, if it's a Joye, has a 6 month warranty on their products, but you'll likely have to pay postage. If you choose the cheapest method of shipping it will take a while to get to China, but so what. The vendor should have information on how to do that.

There are ways to fix these - check videos or people who fix them - it'll likely cost you more than shipping it back, though.
