I know this is heresy, but I ordered a 650 Twist a couple weeks ago, and guess what? I wound up selling my brand new Provari Mini and ordered another twist as backup/spare battery to go with the original. I am completely satisfied with/by the Twist, game-changer for sure, in my opinion. Not that I'll stop buying other mods, that would be craziness, lol...

Not heresy at all IMO. If the twist does it for you, than that's awesome! I personally won't give up my ProVari, but I do love me some Twists too! :D

The only heresy is believing all of us should have the same preferences. :)

Hi,

I love my eGo C Twist. Use it all day. Have two batteries-1000 mah and 650 mah. One is always charged and ready. I use tanks, and LR cartos with banner success.

VV works great. Just wondering if the wire mesh wick would work in my friend's eGo T as well. The atomizers look the same, the coils look the same. Anybody know

I ordered a 1000 mah twist from freedomsmokeusa yesterday and it looks like I'll have it in my hands tomorrow. They're a lil bit more than VC, but they do have a LOT of them in stock. Whereas VC is completely out of stock, at least they were yesterday when I looked. Just a heads up for you guys. I was waiting for something bigger than the 650 to come out, and I'm SOOOO glad the 1000 was available when I checked recently. Hopefully these not so great ego knockoff VV batts of mine can be replaced soon :)

Yeah, VC didn't expect quite the demand he got. He has more on order from his supplier and should be restocked soon. He's also adding red or green this round ... I'm sure over time he'll be able to keep more stock in. I'm planning to get both red and green to add to my collection. Be nice to be able to grab a color based on what I'm wearing. PVs as accessories. :)

What an amazing product that seems to not have a lot of issues considering the reviews so far.

Been using mine for over 2 weeks and they really are everything I expected and more. Fast charge time on my 500mah mega charger and one 900mah lasts me until the afternoon, so i go through about 1.5 charges a day. Voltage is perfect to the end too.

in so many ways its a great pv its hard to figure out how some can blast it, I have two bottom feeders one vv one not and a provari and still know that every day the vaping world gets better. Its a dragon thats unchaseable, I love a lot of my mods but to discredit the advancing of the pv seems odd to me.The twist makes everyone do better in my book.

I should probably time my usage one day just to see. But I mix up the 3 batteries as the day goes on. I started with the 1000mah when I woke up (Wasn't fully charged from using it last night). When I left to go out, I switched to a 650, and tossed the 2nd 650 in my pocket. When I got home I used the 1000mah again until it died, while charging the 650 that had been in use. 1000mah is on charger now. It won't be fully charged before bed time, so I'll just keep with the 650 for now and finish charging the 1000 in the AM. Confused yet? I know I am. And it will get more so when I order the other 2 colors I want in 650s. Vapors Choice's supply order just cleared customs, so should have more Twists in stock by tomorrow or Saturday. But hey, at 19 bux plus shipping for a 650mah ... I can go ahead and accessorize with them. :p

I have had my Twist for a couple weeks now and LOVE this thing. The only time I have used my Provaris are when my Twist is charging. I only ordered 1 battery-so plan to order another ASAP to alternate with one charging. I have been using mine with the pheonix bottomcoil clear cartos. The combo is awesome!

Do the Twists have to be charged on the USB charger or could I use my Trog Mini Stealth generic 510 charger? Would I damage the Twist by using that?

What are the power specs on that charger? An Joyetech eGo charger's output is 4.2v 420mah, anything less, and you'll likely be charging forever.

Am I the only experiencing less than favorable vapor production while using the Twist VV with eGo-C atties? When using the Twist I seem to be getting less vapor no matter what the dial is set to. My eGo-T passthrough produces huge amounts of vapor using the same atties (regular resistance) and liquid (Pink Spot RY8 70PG/30VG). It's not that my Twist is producing terrible results, it just feels like it's not operating at it's full potential.

I tested the voltage outputs; my Twist is spot on and my passthrough sits at a constant 3.3V. So it's not a voltage issue as far as I can tell. Seems odd that when using both batteries at 3.3V there is such a large discrepancy in vapor production and that dialing up the voltage on my Twist does not make a difference. However, when using my 2.4ml CC clearo on my Twist everything seems to work just as it should.

I actually found this right before I was about to post this;Atty to tank alignment on the eGo-C. I'll give this a try, I'm using 70/30 (PG/VG) so, I'll try the setup on the left. I'll edit this post with my results. In the meantime, is anyone else experience slightly unsatisfactory vapor production with the Twist and C atties or have any suggestions for me? Thanks in advance.

:)

So I'm new to the ego scene here. Decided I'm going to order a twist. I want to order everything from one vendor. I really like vapors choice prices, but I need some suggestions on why type of accessories to order with the battery. What clearomizers! Cartomizers would you recommend? Does the LR, RR make a big difference. Thanks, from the newb!

Armand, I use the latest Vision Ego's (stardusts), ViviNova 2.5 tanks, Phoenix bottom coils and Boge 2.0 carts on my Twist. All work very well, but my fave setup is those Nova 2.5's. Put some properly steeped stuff in there and wowzer! Haven't had the Phoenix and Boge's but a day or two and am waiting on some juice to steep before I go all in on those. I'm not having much luck going above 4.20 or so on the twist, even with say 2.4-2.6 ohms. Seems the sweet spot for me is 3.8-4.0 volts.

The vivi nova tanks are looking like the best setup for me. I've been reading on here all day and I believe they'll be the ones. Thanks!
