Hi,

I started using an ego ce4 and am enjoying the cleaner, sweeter vapors instead of real cigs, I basically quit after 25 years, 90% :)
I noticed the liquid was leaking down to the battery where you screw it together,
So I did a few google searches and watched some video guides on youtube.
Apparently the ego ce4 is prone to leaking, but there's an easy fix I think, I'll try that later.

I found a small plastic ring on the carpet today, I can't think what else it would be off, is it off the nozzle where it meets the battery?

You mean get a better ecig? or replace parts? I have it vaping nice now.
Actually I'm enjoying the hit off this ce4 starter kit, I don't see why I'd need anything stronger,
But I'd be interested in customizing what I have, like a longer lasting cleanomizer.
I've been sucking cigs for 25 years without a break, this ecig has to be healthier.
I only started vaping 3 weeks ago, and haven;t really needed a real cig since,
After all, this does a nicer job, tastes sweet and lass the 4k chemicals.

Welcome to the ECF community you will find a whole host of knowledge and advice on here. I started about 4 months ago with a similar setup to you but found that the CE4 did not hold enough juice to suit my needs and the vape was pretty poor.

I soon moved on to a better battery I now have an eLeaf iStick which lets you control the voltage or wattage to regulate how much power goes through the coil to give the best vape possible and I am now using the Kanger EMOW Mega tanks on top of the battery. These hold 2.8ml of juice and because I have also got in to re-building the coils in them myself to save a few pounds and being a bit of a geek !!

I have found with re-building the coils I can use japanese cotton as the wicking material and the flavour is so much better than silica in shop bought coils (in my opinion).

You will find that the journey through the world of vaping is a bit of trial and error to find the perfect setup that suits your needs.

Enjoy :)

Well I just thought about the two options logically,
I enjoy a cig because I like that hit I get to the lungs, that's one reason people smoke I guess,
Obviously my insides crave nicotine, which is addictive as some class A drugs in my opinion, we just don't think about it like that.
I spent some time thinking about it, real cigs don't come in nice flavors, even if they did, they'd still have 1000's of chemicals
Tobacco which creates dirty smoke that half the time has me cough, if I smoked one of my mom's I'd get empty reaches.
If I know what I'm vaping is just glycerin, that's creating sweet clouds of vapor, with whatever flavor I want, it has to be cleaner than cigs.

Now I must go look at my other post and see why I got a warning :)
I can't believe all that info i just got from people was taken down, bye ecf.
