eGo CE5 what do I do with this?

A couple weeks ago I was at a family function, and a few people asked about my e cig. So I started informing about the various things out there. Clearos came up, and well I never tried one. When I got my order today I realized I have no clue about filling this. Is it like filling my tanks? My biggest question : the rubber thing on the inside....do I leave it there? It really looks like something I want to take out and toss. Thanks!

I have a few of these in my various vaping collection. It is ready to go out of the box. Unscrew the mouthpiece, tilt the clearomizer at 45 degrees and drip your liquid down the side of the clearomizer. Screw the mouthpiece back on, let sit for about 5 minutes so the wicks have a chance to get saturated and your good to go
