EGO Clearomizer - Sucking issues...

Have you tried "blowing through the tank" into a paper towel or something to clear it out? I sometimes find I have to do that to clear it up. Also, I'll take my tank apart and pull a rolled up paper towel through the center piece to clear out any drips that may have gotten into it during fill ups. That usually works :)

I flood mine all the time! Take off the clearomizer and blow through the mouthpiece onto a paper towel - you should see liquid on the towel. Then take a q-tip and clean the liquid off the battery head and also the bottom of the clearomizer. If that doesn't work make sure your coil isn't loose in the tank. And don't overfill (which is how I flood mine usually).

Remove the tank from the battery. While holding a tissue or towel at the base where it screws into the battery, gently blow into the mouthpiece. Any juice in the tube should come out. Do this a couple of times.
When filling from the top, make sure the clearo is tipped so that the juice does not run down this tube. That is what creates the problem.

This is what I was trying to describe in my earlier posts...

A. Take the tank off the battery
B. Get piece of paper towel, hold at the back of the tank
C. Put tank to mouth like you are going to vape on it
D. Blow forceably thru tank, the extra juice will blow out the back like you are blowing your nose
E. Reassemble on battery...Vape Yo Face Off!!!

Now with visual reference :D

Also check and clean the "chimney" on the coil head. A bit of left or right pressure will pop the "chimney" off the coil head for cleaning and will give access to the wicks. I will sometimes clean up the wicks by dabbing with a paper towel if there is an excessive amount of liquid. Also, make sure the coil head isn't loose. After putting the "chimney" back on give it a twist to the right while holding the base (or whatever its called) and make sure its nice and snug.

When I use 100% VG juices I go through an entire cleaning process daily because that VG gunks up everything pretty good. Also, the amount of gurgling you experience is very dependant on the tank you are using. For instance, my mini-Protank and Davide tanks never get that gurgling sound. No matter what juice I use in them, they simply don't flood. But my Smok Pyrex clearomizers and Smok RBC seem to flood daily, no matter what type of juice I use.
