Hi all. I just got my eGo yesterday. Its the big battery one with the big ato/carts, so not the cone shape.
Now I have an issue with it. I'm getting "cold" vapor. What I mean is, it feels cold or at least a lot colder than I'm used to from my KR8. Is there any way around this? I've tried pusing the button longer before I take a drag but that doesn't help much. I also get a slightly better result using a drip tip. I really enjoyed the warm vapor from the KR8. I must say with some liquids its ok, but others taste so much better at a higher temperature imo.
I had some other issues aswell but I got those sorted out by some people on IRC here and another forum aswell. I was told its normal to have cold vapor from the eGo so now I'm looking for a way to improve that if possible at all.
Thanks!

Depending on what ohm atomizer/carto you used with the KR8 - chances are because the KR8 batt runs at 3.7v underload whereas the regular eGo batt runs at @3.2v, then you were likely running at higher watts with the KR8. Two things to fix that with the eGo. Get an LR mega atty (B type/cylinder) that runs at 1.5ohms or get a Special Edition Riva batt (when more become available at liberty flights) that runs at a true 3.7v underload. Another option would be to go to a eGo-t tank system and get the 1.7ohm tank atty - you'd need tank carts as well of course. The combination of the SE Riva and the LR tank is my favorite at the moment. Works well with the stronger flavors that like the heat.
