eGo-CTwist Problem. Any Ideas?

Well, my Circuit Board Spacers came in today. I slipped one into one of the batteries. I got one good drag off it, and it went right back to blinking again. I slipped in another spacer, and can't even get a drag off it. I am beyond ...... right now to the point I feel like taking the damned battery apart.

Don't take it apart--contact your seller. We have established that it's not a connectivity problem. There is something wrong with those batteries--ask for a replacement.
