My mom has an e-cab and she really likes it (not for me, I'm currently saving up for a Provari baby!!!) Anyway I was looking for some type of upgrade to her tank and haven't had much luck. I thought egos all had the same connection so I sent her a couple Vision Egos I was using on my ego-c but those didn't fit her battery. We are having a hard time figuring out if there is an adapter she needs like a 510 to ego or what. I read somewhere that the e-cab is smaller than a 510, anyone know what type of adapter we need or if there is another tank option for these things. Greatly appreciate the help!

I'm looking into buying an e-cab and gonna be asking some questions around here myself but... the ecab is BIGGER than a 510 penstyle by 2mm in diameter but you can buy adapters to fit other gizmos on the battery. Look at the vapeescape website in the uk and they sell bits and pieces for them!x
There is an ecab to 510 adaptor. You probably only want to use low resistance attys or cartomizers with it because ecab is 3.7 volts and drops down lower as the batteries die. I just ordered the ecab to 510 adaptor from vaporsolutions(dot)com in Victoria bc. I'm curious if anyone has tried any 510 stuff on it. I went with the smoktech xl 1.7 ohm cartomizer.
