Ego LCD 1100

Hello. I am having a technical issue with one of my batteries on the ego 1100 LCD . When I put a carto or atomizer on it does not want to fire the carto or atty. The. Carto / atty works fine withThe other battery so they are not dead...
I'm quite new at this and the ego Islas hardly been used. Any help would be appreciated ! Thanks,

Same thing is happening to me...I just got mine a few days ago so I have no idea why it's doing this.

Are they the newer version? It may have the on/off protection. If so, try pushing the button 5 times quickly and try again... I know my new Kgos work like that.

Turns out the connector on the battery just needs to be propped up a bit.

so relieved that my week-old battery isn't junk
