eGo T battery issue

I have a 1000mah egoT battery I got with my ego lcd kit. I charged it in my car once and after doing so now it won't stay keyed when I hit the fire button. It cuts itself off after about a half second on the button. It only does it while under load, if I take the atty off it works. I know it's not the atty because I have the exact same battery that works just fine. Any ideas?

Sounds of screwed up circuit board. No real ideas other than stick in baggie with dried rice for a day or two. Maybe rice will dry some things up and make it workable. Not optimistic. Good luck.

What was the output of the charger, please post the specs. Sounds like you fried the PCB?
