I have tried several cart mods for my 510 ego including blue foam and PTB. Never was quite satified until I discovered the ZFM on this forum. After a few tries, I perfected the ZFM to work for me. I am totally amazed at how well my ego performs now...loads of vapor and the flavor is 3 times more pronounces. If you haven't tried the ZFM mod, you have not even come close to the potential of your ego.

Zero Filler Mod...Do a search on the forum...there are pictures to explain already posted...You basically use the silicone cap to create an internal plug with a whole in it that touches the bridge of your atty. Use a piece of a drinking straw to support the plug right at the end of your cart. It took me a couple of tries to perfect. Hint: instead of using a razor blade to cut the plug to fit, place the silicone cap on the end of your cart, turn it cap side down, and press it firmly against a hard surface. With a little work on the edges, the result will be the cart edges cut through the silicone creating a perfect fitting plug. NO LEAKS

Most people end up switching to cartomizers for everyday vaping. If you ever have to start fighting with your atomizers, get some Boge 2 ohm cartomizers and try those.

That's what I did, it seems alot simpler then fiddling with this method, which is basically the same thing the tanks do, just my 2 cents
I may do this also in the future, but for now it performs outstanding and didn't cost a dime
Glad your enjoying it. When ya try out carto's I would recommend a smoketek 1.7 ohm. Great little carto's and cheap to boot. Stardust is good as well if ya like CE2 type carto's. A 1.7 ohm in a tank is hard to beat really if ya got a dremel or get a cheap saddle valve puncher off ebay for a couple bucks.
