Is there a concern with using super glue to brighten ones device?
I don't see why that would be a problem - just use sparingly! If you want them off at some point in the future, nail polish remover and a chisel should do it

When your device suddenly says "check atomizer " does that usually indicate a problem with the coil? An hour ago I was puffing happily on my eggroll. Switched to another device and then I just went back to the eggroll and I get "check atomizer". Nothing has changed, I didn't fill it, unscrew it or anything! I'm perplexed!
Try putting the tank on another mod to see if it gets read. If it doesn't see it then I would think its the coil.
It works on another tank...and I put another one on the device and it's working fine....weird.
I guess they decided they don't like each other!

more than likely, when you sit it down, it just lost the connection between the tank and 510 pin on the mod. Could be barely touching?
Sometimes the pin on the mod gets pushed down unless it is spring loaded. I think most newer mods out now are spring loaded but some are not. Look at the 510 pin and compare with another of your mods. IF the 510 pin looks lower than the other one than most likely its not spring loaded and can get pushed down. There is a fix....let me know.
Chels, it sounds to me like it's just not making the needed connection, too. S&S described the sitch well, and we'll be here to walk thru it with you, if you like.

FWIW i got my CLR from FT.. and they are so much better than the CL.. no gurgles or funny taste yet, but i only used it today thus far. Trying to find an ego one V2 mega tank now to go with them, cause they have the big viewing window. Almost impossible to find in OZ (i want blue).Anything else take the CL/CLR coils? I still have 4 packets of unopened CL

Ok so it seems everyone here is kinda down on the CL coils, How about the factory TC coils? Worth bothering with? I have a couple now and more on they way now with 2 VT Kits.
Darn good price.. I found the racing yellow mega including two temp coils for $19.99 locally, AUD so 15 USD, and one of the coils was dead so he sent me four titanium replacements. And now he's put the megas up to 29.99. I guess I was lucky. What's cool is you can use any of the ego one coil range in any ego one tank. I believe the V2 tanks can take all the exact same coils? The TC coils shocked me..in a good way.. i put 90% Vg in there, and even with those tiny wick holes, the nickel coil kept up with huge hits at 50 watts and 560 Fahrenheit, NO problems whatsoever. TI a little lower temp, but again no issues. And you can even sort of MTL them with the airflow a pinhole. No gurgling, nada. After the debacle of the 0.5 and 1.0 CL coils, the Temp coils seriously impressed me. Oh, and yes i mainly used them with wide open airflow and massive lung hits.. even the clouds seriously impressed me considering the coil design. I prefer the taste of the titanium coil to the nickel, the nickel is half the ohms though and is the bigger cloud chaser.
