Do any of you have this problem? I wrap a coil for say, 2.0Ω, It will come out to maybe 1.7-1.9Ω, when checking on my ohm meter. Close enough. So I install it in the base, and check again, and it has changed to maybe around 3.0Ω. Maybe it doesn't change until after I have added the wick, but in any case, by the time I'm ready to juice it up the ohm's have changed. Does this have to do with the positive, and negative legs not making proper contact? It's the only thing I can think of.

all the connections are wonkie...

your coil wraps - the QUALITY of the wire you're using
your legs
silicone holding the GROUND wire to the coil body sides
the center pin TOUCHING the POSITIVE PIN on your device
it's not like things are tightened with a wrench or soldered or crimped...

surprising they work as good or as close as they do...

this goes for the ones you make (we) and the ones the factories make - it's all voodoo

a few (0.0's) points here-n-there is exceptable (IMO) but 2.0Ω turns into 3.0Ω, there's a problem...
