Welp, Vesh, if you got the Amor tank, I think you got the last one. I'd like to get one more, but I've only seen them at TW.

All my nautilus based tanks bar the elf and n2 seep a bit here and there, all my smok tanks are like sieves.. Nothing untoward with the GS tank here vs anything else.. also, always fill with airflow closed.

With Joyetech ego one series tanks i have no leaking at all though.

It's funny how some people have good luck with some tanks and not with others, the subtank mini leaked with me, some had no problems. My Nautilus minis, Triton Mini have never leaked in over two years.

I was thinking the same earlier. I don't have any Tritons but years of use, and many tank of Nauti - never one single leak.

Personal electricity sure is a curious thing.

Good thing we've got options (vapers).

Where is OP (pufZeppelin)? Wasn't he more of an STM fan before becoming more of a CLR tank fan? (Think he still likes both...)
Wouldn't ALL vacuum-based tanks tend to leak during an ascent of that magnitude? A genesis-styled tank like the Avocado might be better suited for that particular situation, but those are best kept upright at all times.
Have you tried keep your rig upside down when you're not vaping it (during the ascent)? You might still get a little "seepage" from the drip-tip, tho, so keep it on a tissue or something.
Are you getting a lot of seepage during the descent? I don't think you should...

I really like BOTH - STM & eGo ONE, but the eGo ONE is JUST that much better, smaller, cheaper that it rulz my vape world...

I have had nothing but good luck from both tanks and never any leaks to be concerned about - just good vapin' (also include the eleaf tanks, my third back-up)

all the exotic, big money tanks, the kayfuns, dripping etc. , have several of them here and they just sit around taking up space
I like the simple straight forward style, single/horizontal coils, medium sized tanks - it works for me


**also agree with pt#2 of your post that these tanks are not a sealed partial vacuum, surprising they don't leak more...
I don't have altitude, but year round temp flux, A/C to 100°/ 100° to A/C (my mods have their own cooler when I travel/drive)

0.6 ohms for me, using 316L SS 28 AWG, 6 spaced wraps, 2.5 mm diameter, basically the same size as the Kanthal coil the 1.0 comes with. It's great in both power mode or temp control mode, I vape around 11W or 380-400 deg F in TC mode. Same power I did on the Kanthal coils.

Yes, except the air flow pin is of the wider variety. The pins are interchangeable with the narrow ones though.

Got an ego one V2 for $13 AUD, and a couple trons at 7$ each, now with the health cabin ego one mega kit.. the )ego one mega is my fave of all of them TBH). how many CLR compatible tanks does one really need? Heaven Gifts have a 30% sale at present so you could also add a wismec amor too if you like as they have them in stock Ego one V2 is ok but i prefer the non playschool colours of the v1's!

A couple of months ago I made one at 0.30 ohms but didn't care much for that build. I've found I get better flavor at 0.5 to 0.6

HealthCabin doesn't have any eGo ONE tanks to speak of available - the few that are on site are the
19mm 1.8ml kind // they have ONE mega and it is $27 bucks !!!

I have been trying to find a good source of eGo ONE tanks to stock up on, have a few carts loaded, but reading all the posts about
possible discontinuing of - got me worried and I thought I better not loiter , so I just bought a bakers dozen from World of Vape...
so in the last 20 hours I've bought 16 eGo ONE Mega tanks -- I should be good

there is no better tank in my mind and I will be sad if they disappear...
