edit ps:
OK - so I grab'd my pac-a-o rings , pulled out #7 and
S-T-R-E-T-C-H-E-D it on the base (as above) and looking at it now, looks to be fine
even tho it was a little bit of a tight fit...

16mm OD x 1mm Fastech stock them.Anyone know the O-Ring Replacement size and where i might obtain some for the 4 ml Mega Joyetech Tank.
Thanks PuF
so stretching it on did the trick, looking at them in the link you posted it looks taller or i meen thicker but it made no gap ?
Not to change the subject on the 'rings' but I was sort of concerned with finding the insulators. Anyone find them yet or anything close??![]()
Thanks op! I'm sure they'll turn up sooner than later.I've done some looking around, and haven't come up with anything yet.
re-read your post
so I went back to said ego base, took old o-ring off
put the #7 back on
screwed tank on and #7 o-ring is too thick
base won't screw on tight/flush
with original o-ring on table
put #7 inside of it and it fits perfect (inside)
so would agree with @mallee00 -- 16 x 14 mm (1mm wall thickness)
Much thanks for trying your tank for the fit of # 7 o - ring and your help.
I order the ones from fastech which are reasonably priced.
I just took bottom cap off mine and that o-ring came off easily almost too easy , then look at base and can see there is a machined grove where o-ring fits ,course i had to look at it with jewelers loupe as eyes are not what they once where.
Rinsed cap dried it put it all back together.
I still have not found insulators
