never seen a Tron-T made available to us peeps

got a Tron-S when they came out

two things - I don't like the 'hidden' air flow
I like to LOOK and see whats going on (ya can't, cuz it's hidden)
then I have developed this bad habit (bad?) that I pre warm my coil at first hit by; push button, blow INTO tank
well now ! when I do that, the vapor has the nerve to blow right back into my face and eyes

but the tank is built very nice and worked very good, as good as other ego one tanks IIRC
if need be, I'd buy Trons (as a last resort being no other ego ones around) and be alright with it...

I already have 2 of those. I've had them for a couple of weeks but haven't used them yet. I'm not buying the Tron-T's, I just saw them while I was at HG looking at some other stuff and wondered about them. That's all.. Plus, I'm on a not buying anything ban right now.

anyone care about the 'Pico' RTA tank
well this video shows a conversion adapter which allows you to install and use the CLR coil (pretty cool!)
he goes on and seems to like the performance of the CLR

he starts talking/showing about it at time stamp 14:00 min

Picking out the stuff I want to post in the HG contest thread. And I have patience so if I order from there I just use the cheap shipping and prepare to wait.

Filled up one of the Mega V2s for the first time yesterday and am really enjoying it. As always with a new coil, it seemed to get better about half-way through the tank of juice and seems to be on par with the Mega One. I even found a setup that makes me like the orange one. Put it on a white VTC Mini, put an orange and black drip tip on it (to restrict air flow) and it actually looks quite nice, especially since the V2 has white base.

For me, since I'm on a budget, ordering from overseas is the only way to go. I'm not in any rush to get the stuff since I have other tanks to use while I wait. Shipping, to me, is no more expensive than ordering from US based companies unless I want to go high end(DHL) and I just don't feel the need to do so.

Litecigusa has Tron-s. Behaves almost identically to a mega vt, with minimally tighter draw.

Stop blowing into your tanks. Problem solved. Mine has never, ever blown back at me.

I did dry burn my coil last night and I think it went well. The coil is now reading 1.05, but I can't remember if that's what it was reading before I dry burned or not. I rewicked the coil with my lifetime supply of Sally's rayon and am happily vaping on it.

Well done, Jingles. What gauge wire do you use? How many wraps? What I.D.?


Edit: Oooops! Stupid me.... you are still on the original coil. Me too for one I started using
in mid-June. Have re-wicked five or six times with Sally's magikull fibers.

Yes, I am still on the original coil. I don't rebuild yet..baby steps here...

Off topic for this thread but I'll throw it out here anyway..

I'm having pretty good success with ECR heads in the Melo3. I threw a stock ECR coil in the tank 3 weeks ago and just pulled the old wick, dry burned the original coil, rinsed and rewicked it. Hitting like a champ!!
