maybe try a GOOD pair of pliers (vise grips, etc)
I'd imagine ONCE you 'crack' it loose, it will function normally
I've had MANY of these darn Chinese parts just WAY TO TIGHT
I don't bother even tightening that 'set' screw when I build the Kanger rba - just a slight snug
be sure to have a GOOD phillips screw driver , then try the `ole " in the freezer " trick (15-20min)
