I'll definitely do that when I get home from work. I really want this to work. And yes, I've been having too many issues lately!
I'm having issues with it on the pico and the hana modz. Always seems to happen after I fill, but sometimes happens for no reason
duh, I forgot to click the <next page> button...

OK, so you're using the stock coils - they are known for SOME issues, but not really many
so I am going with user error at this time (whatever that might be)
again the basics: o-ring on bottom of coil in place, screw coil in about as tight as you can (only part that NEEDS to be tight) - rest just snug
before spring loaded 510 pins, everybody used to WAY OVER TIGHTEN the topper tank onto the device
I always told them, DON'T LOOK while tightening tank on - look away, when you feel it stop, STOP TURNING (doesn't need to be cranked down)
are you OVER TIGHTENING your tank ONTO your device ?
just something to try while diagnosing
remove drip tip, remove base and sit tank aside
wipe off wet coil in base and try screwing base with coil onto mod - gives a different perspective maybe leading to what your problem is (long shot)
ah, where I was going AND agree with Shawn about coil loosening from tank removal...
let us know...
