Oh my, I think I did that many complete rebuild with my first CLRs in the first week or 2. But for me that's a major part of what these coils are all about. The ONE vape for everyONE.
I was happy with my first vape on them but decided to play around til I found out how happy I could get.
I really envy you folks who are still tootle puffing on these tho. It really pains me to think of my all my old 3/6v 5/15w mods just gathering dust. I loved every one of them and think about trying to find a 1.8o build I'd enjoy on them. Just really don't think it's possible anymore.
Foggy, I worked hard (not really) at keeping my vape as it's been over the years. I AM the TPuffer of TPuffers, and one of my huge concerns was altering my vape, be it higher wattage, lower resistance, more air flow, higher VG, etc. Even pool noodle drip tips frighten me. 
Like you, I have a whole lotta mods that have become dusty, but ONLY those that are unregulated. All the rest are in play and even the Provis, on which I can't/don't/won't run a CRL coil, get love with other tanks (Nautis, KFs, etc.).
I don't struggle to find a sweet vape at 1.8 ohms (or higher) but I do work at keeping it that way.

A bit cheaper - and probably faster shipping - at Totally Wicked. $10 ea., $3.99 shipping. Just ordered 2. 30+ remaining.
Only thing I'm a little bummed about is that there are no extra o-rings included - especially the glass tank seals. Might be able to scavenge some from other tanks if needed, tho. Will probably replace the drip tips - not keen on glass drip tips.
Curiosity got me. Ordered just one Armor tank from TW.
