ego one threading issue - 2nd time posting

Hey everyone,

I posted my issue here last night but I'm not able to see/find it so I'm trying again.

I'm experiencing problems with the threading on my ego one and now it is not working. The problem began 2 days ago when refilling the tank. I unscrewed the 3 parts; battery, airflow and tank as I always do. I wipe it clean whenever I refill.

I screwed all parts back together (I never over-tighten) and all seemed fine. After waiting about 15 mins I fired it up, the light came on as usual, took a draw...nothing. I fiddled with it and eventually had to hold the airflow "ring" in order to unscrew the tank. I got it working but after refilling last night it again won't screw together properly and now it's not working at all.

- when I unscrew/screw the tank, the airflow ring moves with it.
- I am able to unscrew the tank but have to hold the airflow ring
- the light comes on telling me it's ready but when I take a draw I get nothing
- juice is leaking
- I've never dropped the unit

Thankfully I have a back-up ego one!

Any suggestions?

First off I'd put the other tank on it to rule out a battery issue. Then clean and reassemble the old tank with a new coil and try again.
