Mini Variable Volt PV: 510 threading/ connection. Manual Batteries.
Kgo VV- only comes in 650 mah- I own it and find battery life a problem.

Twist comes in 650, 900 and 1000 mah. Dial very narrow/ smooth and not easy to turn. Voltage numbers very hard to read/ invisible. Button occasionally sticks.

Vision Spinner comes in 400, 650, 900, 1100 and 1300 mah. Wide knurled voltage dial easy to turn and easy to read voltage markings. 1300 mah Spinner is the same size as 1000 Twist.
Both variable voltage PVs above fire from 3.3-4.8 volts.
I own the Twists and now use them as backups because the dial was hard to turn and I could not clearly see the voltage markings.
1300 Vision Spinner- 113mm or ~4.4 inches long; 16MM WIDE, 2MM WIDER THAN A STANDARD EGO
1100 Vision Spinner- 119mm or ~4.75 inches long
1000 Twist- Length 120mm(4.75")/Diameter 14mm

Clearomizer (includes the Stardust and the Vivi Nova Tank)- a plastic or metal tank with a wick and element. Contains NO stuffing. The rebuildable clearos come with heads (coil+ wick) that can be cheaply and easily replaced. When the head burns out simply unscrew the old head out and screw in new head- takes 10 secs. My Vivi Nova heads are lasting about 4 weeks BUT I wash the heads every few days. I've found the Vivi Nova to give the best draw and has better build quality. I now vape flavorless juice and heads are lasting 4? months.

What about the egoC twist with a vision clearomizer instead of the vivo tank?

I've used the IPhone charger and it was fine. Sorry to add my numbers to the equation and have to go. You could buy 1 Spinner and 1 Kgo (NON VARIABLE VOLT) battery- both use the same charger. Ask around and you find those that have the Spinner and Twist prefer the Spinner because of the reasons listed. Gotta go.

I just bought a kit from a local store stlvape.com Guys there were great. 250+ flavors to sample was a great for a noob like me. Bought 2 egoC twist kit. was trying blu but not satisfing had to smoke about 5 ciggs a day to get through. Haven't smoked since before I bought egoC twist kit, and feel satisfied after vaping. I'm a vaper and proud of it.

I will leave the charger question for someone else. My first feeling is that as long as you arent pushing too many volts, higher amps is fine, but I could be totally wrong. So wait for someone else answer that for you.

As for how many analogs 400-600 puffs is. I counted the average puffs on a Newport 100 over a pack a few days before I ordered (and again on my hand rolled cigs for my own references). I got 17 puffs from them on average, so 400-600 puffs off a 650mah battery would equal roughly 23- 35 analog 100's.

When I said the Amigo would sacrifice portability what I meant was... the Amigo is a wired power supply. It isnt a battery. It will give you as many puffs as you want, as long as it is plugged into a USB port/wall charger. I at first thought that would be perfect for you since you said the vast majority of your day is spent in front of a computer. Then however you said you would be actually vaping away from the computer (outside vape breaks) so that wouldnt really be helpful to you at all.

I am generally not a fan of clones, copies, or knock-offs. The Vision Spinner is a copy of the Ego-C Twist. However Vision does generally make quality products. The only thing I will say is that I actually like the "twist" on the Twists. I dont want it to be easy to change voltage, nor can I see changing voltage more than once every few days. Certain juice delivery systems preform better at certain voltages. Same for juices. That said, pretty much the only time I am changing voltages is when I am switching juices or switching to a different type of clearo (from a Nova to a T2 for example) If you settle on a delivery system you like and an "all day vape" juice you like, I could easily believe you would change voltages every few weeks instead of days.

I have two of these. KGO V.V. 650mAh

There are priced right, work awsome, and you can choose from 3-6v from the start. No need for a charger as you use a micro-usb cable. I plug it in everything from a wall charger, car or laptop. It only takes about 30min to fully charge. If you shop around you can find carts or tanks cheap or on sale. I recently bought a bunch from IVape.

Good luck

Love my Ego-twist with Vivi Nova. I just bought a Joyetech E-roll from Rocky Mountain Vapor using an old 25% off coupon I found on google and got it for a smoking deal (no pun intended). The coupon will work for anything on the site and if you buy a kit they do free shipping, shipping was super fast. I've purchased from >20 websites (vendors) and this was one of my best experiences.

Went ahead and bit the bullet on that Vaporz Haven deal. Got two 650 Joye eGo-C Twists, a couple of Kanger T2s, a charger and a case. That and my Vaperite order should (I hope) have me good to go in just a couple of days...

Thanks to all of you for your advice and input. It's been very helpful.

Now I just need to figure out how to actually DO all this stuff...

You'll need an atomizer to easily test new juices.
